"Law Talk" Radio Show - Greg Flahive and Cynthia Flahive co-host a weekly radio program called "Law Talk" that broadcasts weekly KFIA 710.   The program shares with listeners their legal rights regarding a variety of topics including bankruptcy, business planning, business issues, credit card debt, estate planning, wills, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, copyright issues, foreclosure relief, loan modification, mortgage violtation audits, IRS taxes, and state taxes.   Tune in each week on Tuesdays from 4:00 - 4:30 pm PST.

Brent Gove Radio Show - Greg Flahive and Cynthia Flahive appear on the "The Real Estate Report" with Brent Gove to discuss foreclosure prevention through working with one's lender in submitting a loan modification.  Additionally, the benefits of a mortgage violation audit (foresenic loan) to find loan violations pertaining to fees and costs that if spotted and corrected could save thousands and thousands of dollars over the life of the loan.
